Know how to change: change management.

We accept that change is a given, yet it's surprising how many organizations find it hard to manage. It can be organization-wide — a major process change such as implementing new IT practices or making a merger work. It can be about putting a single individual into a new position.

When we consider change, we always look at three aspects. First is the plan, the analysis, the end state; the logical stuff. Second is the way to get there; what exactly is it that must be adjusted to make the adoption easier. And third — here’s the often overlooked part — the behaviors that need to change; behaviors that are driven by personal emotion and reinforced by corporate culture.

The opportunities for disruption are as endless as the opportunities for change. Fortunately, the solutions are just as plentiful. Our skill is to march into disorder, even chaos, with open eyes and open minds. We bring a playbook that gives us insight to create the plans, lay out the path, and also address the emotional component, the heart and culture of change. You might say we can call audibles at the line.
